Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership and deliver Legendary Service. You will coach team members, manage sales-floor presentation areas, and own ownership of Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery. The role emphasizes coaching, accountability, and achieving top-selling performance.

You will lead shifts, train teammates, and ensure safety and adherence to store policies, while supporting BOPIS/OMNI initiatives to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and supervisory background preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with store systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills for customer and team interactions.
• Experience coaching others and leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members on selling behaviors.
• Own execution of Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery.
• Lead assigned team members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoffs as required.
• Operate store equipment and complete all related documentation.
