Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, drive Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and take ownership of sales-floor presentation areas. You will manage Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery, and omni-support tasks to meet store needs while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Retail experience and supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI processes as needed.
• Lead assigned team members during shifts and ensure safety.
