Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach Team Members, and own sales-floor presentation areas such as Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing recovery. You will drive Legendary Service, manage shifts, and coordinate BOPIS/OMNI tasks as required.

Ideal candidates have retail supervisory experience, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and customer engagement. This full-time role offers opportunities for growth within a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience with supervision preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reading/writing/counting skills necessary.
• Ability to coach and lead Team Members and deliver Legendary Service.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Own area execution (Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps) and ensure recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach for selling behaviors.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer engagement routines.
• Operate cash register and assist customers as needed.
• Maintain safe and productive work environment per policies.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
