Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach Team Members, and own sales-floor presentation areas. The role emphasizes delivering Legendary Service, coaching, and owning Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery to meet store needs.

Responsibilities include leading shifts, training Team Members, ensuring safety, and supporting BOPIS/OMNI tasks. Flexibility to work varied hours and maintain high attendance is required.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Reading, writing, and counting accuracy required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members on selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution, including staging and handoffs.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and ensure safety and standards.
