Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own key in-store presentation areas. This role emphasizes top selling performance and owning Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery, and assigned BOPIS/OMNI tasks based on store needs.

The position requires flexibility for varied shifts, strong customer service, and the ability to train and guide team members to exceed expectations in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately; basic computer skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI activities including picking and staging.
