The role emphasizes delivering Legendary Service and being a top selling Team Member with ownership of Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing recovery, plus BOPIS/OMNI support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop team members toward Selling with Legendary service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Lead assigned team during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoffs as assigned.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and productive store operations.
