Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach team members, and own sales-floor presentation areas including Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing recovery. You will lead assigned team members during shifts, deliver Legendary Service, and ensure payroll and safety practices are followed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and supervisory background preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Service and drive customer engagement.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution and recovery.
• Lead Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Support store recovery and front-end, sales-floor routines.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Obtain required licenses or certifications.
