Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support Store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, and coach Team Members. This role focuses on ownership of Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, Clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI support based on store needs.

Ideal candidates will have retail experience, be at least 18, and ready to work varied shifts in a dynamic store environment, contributing to a strong team and safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviours through Customer engagement, Team Member coaching, and accountability for execution.
• Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts, including task delegation and safe work practices.
