Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking a Team Leader – Kitchen to drive sales and deliver exceptional in-store experiences. You will recruit, train, and mentor associates, including holiday hires, while coaching performance and supervising daily operations on the sales floor.

You will partner with the Assistant Store Leader to schedule, manage expenses, and execute events, demonstrations, and visual standards. A strong focus on clienteling and registry support is required for store success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Full-time availability (weekdays/evenings/weekends) preferred.
• Experience with store operations and coaching is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated team and manage associate workload with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Coach associates on performance and maintain a strong presence on the floor.
• Recruit, train, and mentor associates; support holiday hiring and performance management.
• Oversee store operations, events, demonstrations, and brand presentation.
• Handle scheduling, expenses, and loss prevention guidelines; monitor floor activity.
