Job summary

The Escape Game is seeking a Team Leader to deliver world-class hospitality, anticipate guest needs, and do whatever it takes to make their day. You will lead a 4-15 person team, keep games running smoothly, and create a five-star experience for every guest.

Ideal candidates demonstrate leadership in guest settings, flexibility, and the ability to handle physical tasks, maintain store standards, and support a positive team environment in a fast-paced atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leadership in a guest-facing setting preferred.
• Flexible availability; role may require nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must handle physical activity (deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs, minor repairs).
• Ability to stand for long periods (about 75-80% of shift).
• Align with uniform standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and communicate with a team of 4-15.
• Open and close the store; ensure games start on time.
• Facilitate breaks; manage cash and inventory.
• Create a fun, positive atmosphere; uphold hospitality standards.
• Ensure every guest has a five-star experience and leaves happy.
• Coach teammates using Continuous, Gracious Pressure.

REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrated leadership ability with 1-2 years of experience in a guest-facing setting preferred.
