Job summary

The Escape Game seeks a Team Leader to deliver world-class hospitality, anticipate guest needs, and do whatever it takes to make their day. You will lead a team of 4-15, uphold service standards, and foster a fun, positive atmosphere.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in a guest-facing setting, flexible availability (nights/weekends/holidays), and the ability to handle physical activity, stand long hours, and perform minor game maintenance. Uniform standards apply.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability with 1-2 years of experience in a guest-facing setting preferred.
• Flexible availability. This role often works nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must be able to handle physical activity as it relates to the job, such as deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs, and minor game repairs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (about 75-80% of your shift).
• Align with TEG’s Uniform Standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and communicate with a team of 4-15.
• Create a fun, positive atmosphere.
• Ensure operational excellence on shift by opening/closing the store, starting games on time, and managing breaks.
• Address maintenance issues and manage cash/inventory.
