Job summary

CAVA is seeking Team Members for our Alabama restaurants to bring the mission and values to life for guests and team members. Team Leaders will partner with managers to guide daily operations, promote a positive culture, and deliver on commitments to guests.

They will delegate routines, ensure standards are met, and support training and development across the team. Ideal candidates coach and develop others, manage opening/closing, inventory, and cash handling, and uphold food safety practices

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams and delivering guest service.
• Ability to coach, develop, and cross-train Team Members as the business grows.
• Experience with opening/closing procedures, inventory, and cash handling.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to make sound decisions and resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team daily and promote a positive work environment.
• Delegate routines, ensure standards are met, and train Team Members.
• Support training and development of other Team Members.
• Collaborate with restaurant leadership to ensure guest commitments are met.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and inventory control.
