Job summary

CAVA in Madison, AL is seeking a Team Leader to drive everyday operations, lead the team, and ensure a welcoming guest experience. You will partner with managers to maintain quality food, supervise daily tasks, and support opening/closing duties while upholding food safety and service standards.

The role emphasizes coaching, training, and maintaining a positive environment, with opportunities for growth within a fast-growing Mediterranean-inspired restaurant company.

Qualifications

• Work closely with Managers and Team Members to bring the spirit of hospitality to our guests and create quality food.
• Coach, develop, and support cross training of Team Members as our business continues to grow.
• Support opening and closing the restaurant, placing food orders, conducting inventory, and cash handling as needed.
• Support food safety initiatives and ensure that other Team Members follow proper food safety practices and cleanliness standards.
• Model sound decision making and help resolve issues that may arise and support deployment on your scheduled shift.

• Collaborate with Assistant General Managers and General Managers to deliver on commitments to guests.
