Job summary

CAVA in Alabama is seeking Team Members to help deliver warm hospitality and quality Mediterranean-inspired cuisine to guests. Team Members will support daily operations, promote a positive work environment, and help ensure commitments to guests are delivered with excellence.

Role emphasizes teamwork, guest service, and adherence to food safety standards, with opportunities for growth, paid time off, and a free meal for each shift worked. This position is on-site at our Alabama locations.

Responsibilities

• Our Team Leaders (TLs) support performance success by leading the team daily in partnership with the Assistant General Managers and General Managers, promoting a positive work environment, and delivering on commitments to guests.
• Lead the team daily, delegating routines and tasks, ensuring standards are executed, and supporting training and development of Team Members.
• Work closely with Managers and Team Members to bring the spirit of hospitality to our guests and create quality food.
• Coach, develop, and support the cross training of Team Members as our business grows.
• Support the restaurant experience and execute duties including opening/closing the restaurant, placing food orders, conducting inventory, and cash handling as needed.
• Support food safety initiatives and ensure Team Members follow proper food safety practices and cleanliness standards.
