Job summary

CAVA is seeking Team Leaders to bring our mission, values, and guest-centric approach to life in our restaurants. You will lead daily operations with the Assistant General Managers and General Managers, promoting a positive work environment and delivering on commitments to guests.

Responsibilities include delegating routines, ensuring standards, and supporting the training and development of Team Members while upholding food safety and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Work closely with Managers and Team Members to bring hospitality to guests.
• Coach, develop, and cross-train Team Members as the business grows.
• Open/close restaurant, place food orders, conduct inventory, and cash handling as needed.
• Support food safety initiatives and ensure cleanliness standards.
• Model sound decision making and help resolve issues that may arise.
• Support deployment practices on your scheduled shift for heightened service.
