CAVA is seeking Team Leaders to bring our mission, values, and guest-focused service to life in Huntsville locations. You will lead daily team operations, promote a positive work environment, and ensure commitments to guests are met on every shift.

Ideal candidates will coach Team Members, support opening/closing duties, manage inventory and ordering as needed, and uphold strict food safety and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent guest hospitality and maintain quality food service.
• Coach and develop Team Members as the business grows.
• Handle cash and assist with inventory and ordering when needed.
• Uphold food safety practices and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Delegate routines, monitor standards, and support a positive work environment.
• Assist with training and development of Team Members and cross-training.
• Support deployment on shifts to maximize guest interactions and timely orders.
