CAVA is seeking a Team Leader to help bring our mission and values to life in our restaurants. You will lead daily team operations, promote a positive work environment, and ensure guest satisfaction by delivering on commitments to guests and colleagues.

As a Team Leader, you will support opening/closing duties, inventory control, cash handling, and training of team members while following food safety standards and maintaining a welcoming, energetic dining atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering hospitality to guests and creating quality food experiences.
• Coach, develop, and support cross-training as the business grows.
• Support opening/closing the restaurant and cash handling while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities
