BIBIBOP is seeking a dynamic Team Leader in Columbus, Ohio to guide daily operations, mentor teammates, and ensure a memorable guest experience. You will inspire the team, uphold standards, and help drive growth with leadership development.

As a Team Leader, you’ll supervise opening/closing duties, train staff, and ensure exceptional guest service while maintaining health and safety standards in a fast-paced environment. This role offers growth opportunities and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or retail setting preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
