BIBIBOP is seeking a dynamic Team Leader in Columbus, Ohio to guide daily restaurant operations and inspire a high-performing team. You’ll oversee opening/closing, shift transitions, inventory, and guest experiences, ensuring top quality service and food safety.

We look for leaders with strong communication, reliability, and a positive attitude who can motivate others, handle busy periods, and adapt to changing schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsabilités
