BIBIBOP is seeking a dynamic Team Leader to guide daily operations, mentor teammates, and deliver outstanding guest experiences at our Ohio locations. You’ll open/close shifts, manage inventory, and uphold safety standards while modeling leadership and a service-first mindset.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.

• Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, shift transitions, and inventory management.
