BIBIBOP is seeking a dynamic Team Leader in Columbus, Ohio to guide daily restaurant operations and mentor staff. You will oversee opening/closing, inventory, and ensure food quality while delivering exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and inventory management.
• Train, mentor and motivate team members to achieve their best.
