Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring Team Leaders in the United States. The role supports site facilities and operations while leading by example in a fast, team-oriented environment. You will help run the car wash and guide guests through a high‑energy experience.

Starting pay is $14.00 per hour with potential weekly commission and room to grow within the company. Flexible PT/FT schedules are available, and benefits are provided after a 30‑day period where applicable.

Qualifications

• Friendly, reliable team member capable of standing for long periods.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Open and close the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles for the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain the facility and grounds.
