Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to assist with site operations and leadership. You’ll model excellence by delivering friendly service, helping manage daily tasks, and guiding a fast-paced team.

Part-time and full-time schedules are available, with competitive pay ($14/hour) and weekly commissions as part of growth opportunities. This role offers hands-on experience in a thriving, nationwide car wash brand.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to stand for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscaping and pressure washing.
