Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to help manage the facility and operations. The role offers hourly pay and a clear path to leadership, with weekly commissions and flexible schedules for both part-time and full-time work.

You will lead by example, deliver exceptional guest service, enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, and support maintenance and upkeep of the site. A dynamic, team-oriented environment awaits, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable attitude required.
• Ability to stand on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Age 18+.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist with opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain the facility (landscape, pressure washing, etc.).
