Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to help manage facility operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences at our car wash. The role supports management and provides a path toward higher leadership within a fast-growing national brand.

Starting pay is 13.00 USD hourly with opportunities for weekly commissions. We offer flexible schedules with both part-time and full-time positions, and strong development within a vibrant, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable demeanor.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prepare vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
