Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring a Team Leader to help run a busy car wash facility. Starting pay is $16.50 per hour with weekly commission potential, and both part-time and full-time positions are available.

The role offers a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with opportunities for development and advancement. You will provide friendly customer service, assist with opening and closing, enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prep vehicles, guide them through the tunnel, and help

Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
Assist in opening and closing the facility.
Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
