Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to help manage the site operations and lead a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will model excellence by exceeding expectations and supporting the management team in a growing car wash network.

Starting pay is 14.00 USD hourly with weekly commission opportunities. We offer flexible scheduling, possible growth, and a path to management within a fun, dynamic company culture.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible and reliable attitude.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in all weather conditions.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
