Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to help run the facility and day-to-day operations in our US locations. You will lead by example, provide friendly customer service, and support management with daily tasks and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, reliable, and able to work long hours on their feet in all weather. The role offers opportunities for growth, with part-time and full-time options and a starting hourly wage of $14 plus potential

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible schedule required.
• Drug screen and background check may be required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
