Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring a Team Leader to help run the facility and its operations. This role offers a starting pay of 16.00 USD hourly, with weekly commission and flexible scheduling (part-time and full-time available).

Learn to lead in a fast, team‑oriented car wash environment, while building a career path toward management. As a Team Member, you will deliver friendly service, assist with opening/closing, enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prep vehicles, and help maintain

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscaping and pressure washing.
