Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to help manage day-to-day facility operations and lead by example in a fast-paced car wash environment. You will provide friendly service, help open/close the site, enroll members, and ensure clean, well-maintained equipment and grounds.

The role offers both part-time and full-time schedules with growth opportunities within the company. A competitive pay rate and potential weekly commissions are included.

Qualifications

• Friendly, Responsible, and Reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
