Job summary

Rocket Companies in Detroit seeks a Team Leader of Audio Visual Events to direct all levels of events and lead the AV Events team. You will set strategy, coach staff, coordinate with clients and vendors, and ensure flawless execution from concept to final delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in live production, strong AV knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Keynote. Leadership experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a live production environment.
• Thorough knowledge of all AV event production subject matter.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Proficiency in Keynote.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching and strategic direction to the Audio Visual Events team.
• Administer full lifecycle AV production from concept through revisions and final execution.
• Coordinate with technicians, producers and directors on set installation and positioning.
• Review and approve vendor proposals and invoices within budget.
