• Educate teams and stakeholders on intake and prioritization processes.
• Understand and promote SAFe best practices and identify Agile coaching opportunities.
• Drive alignment across release trains and business teams to optimize results.
• Set and manage client expectations.
• Maintain understanding of mortgage and technology industries.

As the Portfolio Manager, you’ll facilitate the work intake process for a given portfolio of work (business area, company, etc.) and guide stakeholders through the process to prioritize the highest value work for teams to execute. You’ll document, analyze and communicate commitments and results while measuring value realization for work completed.

MinimumQualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, economics, supply chain or significant relevant experience

• 2 years of experience managing repeatable projects, operations or similar body of work that requires strong organizational, systems thinking and process design skill

• 1year ofLean portfolio management experience

• 1 year ofAgile portfolio operations experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in theMicrosoftOfficesuite

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) (preferred) or a similar work management tool (e.g.,Jira)

• Experience with reporting and analytics tools (Power BI)

• CompletionofaSAFeLean Portfolio Management(LPM)course

• SAFeLPM Certification

• PMI Portfolio Management Professional Certification

• Understanding of investment horizons andthe abilityto analyze trends and create visibility to drive key business decisions

• Familiar with strategyandinvestment funding practices to guide business agility
