Rocket Homes Real Estate LLC is seeking a Program Manager in Detroit to translate enterprise strategy into actionable objectives across multiple projects and vendor partners. You will tie the program vision to milestones, metrics and governance, aligning stakeholders and driving execution in a dynamic environment.
You will apply Agile methods, manage dependencies and artifacts, and coach teams to achieve measurable results while maintaining clear communications with executives and clients.
As the Program Manager, you are responsible for tying enterprise strategy to objectives across multiple entities, business areas and often vendor partners to deliver value. You connect all relevant projects and initiatives to a common set of goals and success measures, focusing on dependencies, key business metrics, stakeholder alignment and execution management.
