Job summary

Jack in the Box is seeking a Team Leader to act as the first-line operational supervisor, training and guiding team members to deliver a great guest experience. You will foster a fun, friendly, clean and safe environment while assisting in daily activities to achieve excellence in operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months in the restaurant industry, strong communication, ability to read/write English, lift 10–65 lbs, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or foreign equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in the restaurant industry.
• Have a positive attitude and be able to communicate effectively.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs.
• You must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule.
