Job summary

Jack in the Box is seeking a Team Leader to act as the first-line supervisor responsible for training and leading team members to deliver a great guest experience. You will foster a fun, friendly, clean and safe environment and support daily activities to achieve outstanding operational performance.

You will model behavior that motivates others, provide coaching, and ensure high standards in food quality and safety while thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or foreign equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in the restaurant industry.
• Have a positive attitude and be able to communicate effectively.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs.
• You must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule.
