Job summary

Jack in the Box seeks a Team Leader to act as the first-line supervisor, guiding and training team members to deliver a great guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

You will foster a fun, clean and safe environment while assisting daily operations, coaching staff, and ensuring food quality and safety standards are met. Strong communication and flexible scheduling are essential for success at our Irvine location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or foreign equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in the restaurant industry.
• Positive attitude and effective communication.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs.
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule.
