Job summary

The Escape Game at Westfield Century City seeks a Team Leader who is passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction. You will guide a 4-15 person team, ensure smooth shift operations, and uphold our high service standards while maintaining a fun, welcoming store environment.

Ideal candidates demonstrate leadership with 1-2 years in guest-facing roles, flexibility for varied shifts, and the ability to perform physical tasks and basic repairs.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of leadership experience in a guest-facing setting preferred.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs, and minor repairs.
  • Ability to stand for long periods (75-80% of shift).
  • Must align with uniform standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and communicate with a team of 4-15 guests and teammates.
  • Open and close the store and ensure games start on time.
  • Manage cash handling and inventory.
  • Create a fun, positive atmosphere and uphold service standards.
  • Address minor maintenance issues and support team coaching.

  • Managing cash/inventory
  • Ensuring each guest has a five-star experience and leaves happy

REQUIREMENTS

  • ● Demonstrated leadership ability with 1-2 years of experience in a guest-facing setting preferred.
  • ● Flexible availability. This role often works nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
  • ● Must be able to handle physical activity as it relates to the job, such as deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs, and minor game repairs.
  • ● Ability to stand for long periods of time (about 75-80% of your shift).
  • ● Align with TEG’s Uniform Standards.
