Job summary

Jack in the Box is seeking a Team Leader to supervise and train crew, modeling behavior that motivates others to deliver a great guest experience. You will help create an environment that is fun, friendly, clean and safe, while supporting daily operations with a focus on excellence in performance.

You will train team members, provide coaching, and demonstrate a strong commitment to food quality and safety in a fast-paced setting, also handling basic administrative duties as priorities shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or foreign equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs.
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule.
