Job summary

Jack in the Box in Hesperia, California is seeking a Team Leader to guide daily operations, supervise crew members, and deliver a high-quality guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

You'll model strong work ethic, train team members, and provide feedback to ensure safety, cleanliness and efficiency. The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and adaptability in a community-focused restaurant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to read, speak, and write English.
• Ability to stand and walk most of shift; lift and carry 10–50 lbs.
• Additional administrative duties as assigned.

TEAM LEADER

Team Leaders serve as role models who motivate and inspire others while maintaining a friendly, clean, and safe environment. They consistently deliver exceptional guest experience, train team members, and provide ongoing support and coaching. Supervise and:

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the restaurant industry


• Ability to read, speak, and write effectively in English.


• Ability to stand and walk approximately 85%-95% of shift; ability to lift and carry 10-50 lbs.Ability to work with a diverse group of people.


• Additional administrative duties as assigned.


• This is in addition to the qualifications of a Team Member and Shift Leader
