Job summary

Jack in the Box franchise in La Quinta, CA is seeking a Team Leader to motivate and guide crew in a fast-paced setting, uphold cleanliness and safety, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

You will train team members, supervise daily activities, and model professional behavior while advancing within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to read, speak, and write effectively in English.
• Ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift; lift and carry 10-50 lbs.

TEAM LEADER

Supervise and:

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or foreign equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the restaurant industry
• Ability to read, speak, and write effectively in English.
• Ability to stand and walk approximately 85%-95% of shift; ability to lift and carry 10-50 lbs.Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
• Additional administrative duties as assigned.
• This is in addition to the qualifications of a Team Member and Shift Leader
