Job summary

Jack in the Box is seeking a Team Leader at our Alton, Illinois location. The role focuses on guiding staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining a clean, safe environment. You will train team members and provide ongoing coaching in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months in the restaurant industry, and ability to read, write, and speak English. Prior leadership experience preferred.

Supervise and:

• Assist in managing the daily activities to achieve excellent performance.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED or foreign equivalent preferred


• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the restaurant industry


• Ability to read, speak, and write effectively in English.


• Ability to stand and walk approximately 85%-95% of shift; ability to lift and carry 10-50 lbs.Ability to work with a diverse group of people.


• Additional administrative duties as assigned.


• This is in addition to the qualifications of a Team Member and Shift Leader
