Job summary

Jack in the Box in Indio, California is seeking a Team Leader to motivate and coach team members while maintaining a clean, safe, and guest-friendly environment.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, training staff, and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced setting. Must have 6 months restaurant experience, English proficiency, and the ability to perform physical tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or foreign equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to read, speak, and write effectively in English.
• Ability to stand and walk approximately 85%-95% of shift; ability to lift and carry 10-50 lbs.
• Additional administrative duties as assigned.
• This is in addition to the qualifications of a Team Member and Shift Leader.
