Job summary

Jack in the Box Swansea is seeking a Team Leader to motivate staff, ensure an exceptional guest experience, and maintain a clean, safe dining area. You will train team members and supervise daily activities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, at least 6 months of restaurant experience, and strong English communication. Candidates must stand/walk most of the shift and lift 10–50 lbs. We offer advancement opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 months minimum restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.

TEAM LEADER

Supervise and:

• Assist in managing the daily activities to achieve excellent performance.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED or foreign equivalent preferred


• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the restaurant industry


• Ability to read, speak, and write effectively in English.


• Ability to stand and walk approximately 85%-95% of shift; ability to lift and carry 10-50 lbs.Ability to work with a diverse group of people.


• Additional administrative duties as assigned.


• This is in addition to the qualifications of a Team Member and Shift Leader
