Job summary

J004040 JIB Missouri Jack LLC is seeking a Team Leader at their Jefferson Barracks location in Missouri. The ideal candidate will motivate and inspire team members while ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests. Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, ensuring food quality, and creating a positive workplace. A High School Diploma and 6 months of restaurant experience are required. Benefits include meal allowances, 401(k) after 90 days, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to read, speak, and write effectively in English.
• Ability to stand and walk approximately 85%-95% of shift; ability to lift and carry 10-50 lbs.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk approximately 85%-95% of shift; ability to lift and carry 10-50 lbs. Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
• Additional administrative duties as assigned.
• This is in addition to the qualifications of a Team Member and Shift Leader
