Job summary

Jack in the Box, Victorville, is hiring a Team Leader to motivate staff and deliver great guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

You will supervise daily activities, train teammates, and uphold food safety and quality while contributing to a fun, friendly, and clean environment.

This role requires strong communication in English, at least 6 months restaurant experience, and a path to advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or foreign equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to read, speak, and write effectively in English.

TEAM LEADER

Team Leaders serve as role models who motivate and inspire others while maintaining a friendly, clean, and safe environment. They consistently deliver exceptional guest experience, train team members, and provide ongoing support and coaching. Supervise and:

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED or foreign equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the restaurant industry
• Ability to read, speak, and write effectively in English.
• Ability to stand and walk approximately 85%-95% of shift; ability to lift and carry 10-50 lbs.Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
• Additional administrative duties as assigned.
• This is in addition to the qualifications of a Team Member and Shift Leader
