Job summary

Jack in the Box in Troy, Illinois is seeking a Team Leader to motivate and coach crew, maintain a clean, welcoming environment, and deliver an outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced setting. You will supervise daily activities, model professional behavior, manage shift priorities, and support team members.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months in the restaurant industry; English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or foreign equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to read, speak, and write effectively in English.
• Ability to stand and walk approximately 85%-95% of shift; ability to lift and carry 10-50 lbs.
• Additional administrative duties as assigned.
• This is in addition to the qualifications of a Team Member and Shift Leader
