Overview:

Team Leader in Security serves as a resource for team members, performs departmental work assignments, acts as process-owner/technical expert for Security, provides orientation and training to new and incumbent staff, and offers input to the leadership team (Team Coordinator, Manager, Director) on various operational issues. This includes assisting in the development, implementation, and evaluation of quality improvement and customer service activities.

Certifications:

• Special Conservators of the Peace - Certification - Other/National
• Notary - Certification - Other/National
• HANDLE WITH CARE Certification (HWC) - Certification - Workday Learning
• Driver's License - Certification - Other/National
• Certified Healthcare Security Officer (CHSO) - Certification - International Association for Healthcare Security & Safety (IAHSS)
• Taser Certification - Certification - Other/National

Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
