What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a small sales team, providing guidance and support to two Sales Assistants
- Utilize consultative sales skills to deliver personalized travel recommendations to clients
- Manage and book new leads from the website and inbound sales calls, with no cold calling required
- Follow up with past clients to secure new bookings for cruises and land vacations
- Use Salesforce to track client relationships, manage sales activities, and communicate with clients through various channels

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of recent experience selling cruises and/or travel products
- Experience in a team selling environment
- Proficiency in working with cruise line booking engines
- Computer proficiency, including word processing and web browsing
- Experience with CRM systems for documenting calls and tasks, with Salesforce being a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory
- Organized and self-motivated individual with a history of exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekend days
