Job Title: Team Leader with English

Job Description

We're looking for a native-level (C1/C2) Estonian speaker with excellent English skills, both spoken and written, to become our new team leader!

The Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates. This position ensures performance metrics are achieved by providing adequate coaching, motivation, and accountability.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates, including work and attendance monitoring.
2. Ensure compliance with organization policy and applicable legal requirements.
3. Effectively coach direct reports on their performance regularly to ensure performance metrics are achieved, at a minimum weekly.
4. Identify performance-related issues, develop an action plan for improvement, and implement corrective actions, up to and including termination of employment.
5. Ensure service delivered to customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial expectations.
6. Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates.
7. Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated customer calls as needed.
8. Conduct team meetings to ensure effective communication of relevant information and serve as an open forum for input. Schedule and organize team activities.
9. Stay current on internal work processes, policies, and procedures. Attend required manager development training.
10. Promote the Concentrix values through behavior and attitude, including being an advocate for team members.

Candidate Profile

1. Two to four years of relevant experience preferred.
2. Highly motivated individual with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations.
3. Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion.
4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Ability to lead a team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting deadlines on deliverables.
6. Ability to mentor, coach, and provide direction to a team of employees.
7. Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
8. Estonian Native Level / C1
9. English C1
10. Russian (B2) - nice to have
