The Customer Service Representative Lead is responsible for answering incoming calls regarding Optum Salt Lake County Behavioral Health Providers, available services in Salt Lake County, and Medicaid benefit plans.
This is a full-time position (40 hours/week), Monday - Friday. Employees must be flexible to work any of our 8-hour shifts, Sunday – Saturday, between 8:00 am - 11:00 pm EST (October - March) and Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 11:00 pm EST (April – September). Occasional overtime may be required.
We provide comprehensive on-the-job training, with hours based on the schedule or discussed on your first day.

Note: For residents of certain states, the hourly pay range is $19.47 to $38.08, based on various factors. Benefits include comprehensive packages, incentives, stock purchase options, and 401k contributions.
